In 2020, Elliat began consulting with the Arts in Education department in the Washington State Arts Commission (ArtsWA). After producing instructional videos on mobile filmmaking best practices, Elliat produced 22 additional videos for youth and caregivers (two in Spanish), launching the Creative Start Studio.
In 2021, Elliat produced additional instructional videos on mobile filmmaking as well as 10 more videos with teaching artists focused on using art for math.
