In 2019, Elliat began to consult on the Creative Districts program for the Washington State Arts Commission (ArtsWA), which is focused on building creative economy within the state. Elliat specifically focused on supporting Arts Leadership training development, attending the Change Leader’s Institute through the Utah Division of Arts & Museums, and co-leading a day long training for individuals from organizations and municipalities in Creative Districts, as well as heritage focused and contemporary working artists at the Washington State Cultural Congress, (hosted by the Yakima Nation). Elliat then led an online training series on Arts Leadership for folk and traditional artists in the Heritage Arts Apprenticeship program of Humanities Washington in Spring 2020. Elliat is continuing to consult with the Creative Districts in 2020-2021.
