Change Leader Institute is a professional development program for people in the arts and culture field. Attendees learn how to support and affect change in their organizations or communities as well as becoming part of a statewide network of Change Leaders who learn from and mentor each other.

Prospective attendees apply to the program in order to be considered for the Fall and Winter 12 person cohorts. Each group is selected by ArtsWA to ensure equity, inclusion, and organizational and geographic diversity.

Elliat Creative’s role:

• Instructor of 8 week course
• Mentorship towards cohort participants year round on community projects
• Collaboration with ArtsWA / Washington State Arts Commission on application selection
